Better working conditions thanks to the standard contract!

Togehther with our umbrella association Employees Switzerland, we are one of the negotiating partners of the standard contract. The standard contract is a basic working contract. It offers better working conditions compared to Swiss law for all employees at Huntsman which are in the salary classes 25-36.
